Like anything else, IT systems perform better if they are regularly checked and maintained.
Many of our clients benefit from regular scheduled maintenance which we carry out at times to suit them. Via our DMS packages we monitor server and network performance and analyse PC/laptop/MAC performance to prevent problems BEFORE they occur.
The frequency of maintenance is up to you, as is the scope of the plan itself. If you only want us to oversee the servers and network, that’s fine, but if you want comprehensive DMS, we can do that too.
Experience shows that clients who implement a DMS scheme spend much less on emergencies and unscheduled down-time than those who don’t and the cost of regular maintenance is tiny compared with a breakdown and loss of productivity. In some circumstances, we can even carry out repairs and maintenance for you remotely, so you don’t even know we are there!
