If you don’t opt for a DMS package, we will still be delighted to help you if you encounter problems via our on-demand service. Whatever the problem, from a screen failure to a system crash just give us a call and we will assess the situation and get you back up and running as soon as we can.

You will find that we have a very straightforward approach to problem solving. If something has outlived its worthwhile life, we won’t recommend you throw good money away on a repair and if your system is overloaded we will let you know. We won’t blind you with techno-babble, just tell you in plain English whether it can be repaired or needs replacing.

Home-based Staff? Do they Need Support?

Nowadays a very large proportion of the skilled workforce spends much of its time working from a home based office. This is usually an arrangement which suits the employer (not as much office space required etc) and the employee (more flexible etc). It also contributes towards the Government’s green targets as it reduces the carbon emissions normally associated with commuting.

The key to successful homeworking is reliable communications with colleagues, systems and the outside world in general. We can offer individuals or their employers a complete service to ensure that they remain fully functional when working remotely. We will assess all local communications needs and ensure that set-up is carried out correctly. We will liaise with the Company IT department to ensure that links and security are properly configured with central servers. We will also provide ad hoc support for outbased staff should subsequent problems arise (either via remote intervention or by visit).
